338906 Flame Sensor
The 338906 flame sensor is located opposite the gas igniter on the dryer’s burner assembly. It accurately detects the presence of a flame, allowing the gas valve to open and helping regulate the dryer’s temperature within ±2°F.

279834 Dryer Gas Valve Ignition Solenoid Coil
The 279834 gas valve solenoid coil includes a 3-terminal boost/hold coil and a 2-terminal secondary coil. It is designed to fit dryers equipped with standard “M” two-coil gas valves. Once the igniter reaches the required temperature, this coil opens the gas valve to allow gas flow into the burner.

279311 / LH33ZS004 Gas Dryer Igniter Kit
The 279311 (LH33ZS004) gas dryer igniter kit features a flat-style igniter. When energized, it heats up to open the gas valve and initiate the flame for proper burner operation.
